Somo part of The Social Money Group were looking for a new positioning. After lots of research internally and externally, paperless procedure, simple 18 point criteria, always looking to lend and quick to complete - It wasn't long before I had developed a strong line to hold all comms. Somo, invited investment in and lent Bridging Loans out. A perfect and well run machine. I developed and wrote all comms and videos to both Investors and Brokers. The brand has since the beginning started to go through it's second generation brand evolution as you can see with the large mood board.
